We are Steve & Cheryl Hanley. Owners of Alley Cat Antiques & Folk Art Gallery. Antiques & Folk Art are a Passion with us. We've been collecting Antiques for over 35 years now. As many Antique Dealers before us we started out as collectors. In March of 1984 we opened our 1st Shop which was called Cheryl's Antiques then later changed the name to Alley Cat Antiques & Folk Art Gallery in the Early 90's..

We proceed in The thrill of the hunt for Unique Early American Country Antiques, Primitives, Folk Pottery, Folk Art & many other items that catches our eye. Backed by over 35 years experience, we search daily to find Exceptional Quality American Country Antique Furniture , most of them in the Original Paint or Original Surface. Our finds include primitives, yellowware, folk art, folk pottery plus many more unique finds. You can be assured that Authenticity, Condition & Quality are top buying considerations..

We also carry our own line of Folk Art & Bench Made Southern Furniture. Steve & our oldest son David are the Artists. They are know for their Metal Folk Art, License Plate Tag Art & Bench - Made Neat Pieces of Furniture using Antique Southern Yellow Pine in the Early Style of making Furniture. We will also do custom orders..

We have 2 Sons David & Greg & 4 Grandchildren. Our oldest son David has 3 children, Chris, Kimberly & Caitlin.....Our youngest son Greg & his wife Jennifer have 2 children , Anna & Jacob..

Our Hobbies in addition to Antiques: Cheryl likes reading, old movies, gardening, decorating, baking & having fun with the grandchildren.. Steve likes reading, gardening, car races, working in his shop & having fun with the grandchildren..
